By logging into your account at www.lonestarenergytx.com/, you can pay your bill via credit or debit card, bank draft, or QuickPay, which requires only your Lone Star Energy account number and zip code.

Pay By Phone

Using our interactive voice response (IVR) system and following the prompts, you can pay your bill over the phone or check your account balance or other information.  Please have your account info and payment method ready when calling.  

Pay By Mail

Please send checks or money orders to Lone Star Energy, PO Box 734377, Dallas, TX 75373-4377. To avoid late fees, payment mail must be postmarked by your billing due date. 

 

 

 

Paperless Billing

Invoices are sent via mail by default, but if you opt into paperless billing, you'll receive 0.1¢ per kWh discount and your invoice will be delivered to you by email.

Paperless billing is faster, makes for less clutter, and is better for the environment.

AutoPay and Save!

Setting up AutoPay makes paying your bill each month completely hassle-free. Your payment will be set to automatically charge to your credit card or draft from your checking account, with no need for you to do anything. 

Plus, if you pay by ACH, you'll earn a $1 discount with each bill payment. And there’s no more writing checks, buying stamps, keeping track of due dates, or worrying about late fees.
